about this site...

This is a loose collection of images from the past two decades of my art pratice. Each image is a beginning, middle, or end of a larger story–notes from an archive of works that span and intersect realms of historical research/interrogation, sculpture, book arts, video art, site-based installation, embodied performance. I also often collaborate with other artists and designers in the production of websites, exhibition catalogs, artist books, video and sound production and editing, and curation.

There will be a separate page on the books and catalogs I have prodcued, as well as clips from videos, forthcoming...
a bit more about me...

In early 2013, I co-founded SEDIMENT, an alternative contemporary art space in Richmond, Virginia. SEDIMENT ran for seven years until covid and real estate investment compelled the sunset. Through Sediment, I organized over sixty events including art exhibitions, fairs, music and performance events alongside key members and co-curators. Sediment’s website was pirated in early 2022 before the birth of my human child, so the .org site is a farce. I am in the process of rebuilding the archive of the gallery to honor the history and artists who exhibited and contributed.

I am also the mother of a buoyant child and the attendant to the plants and creatures of the land I now occupy–formerly seized from Powhatan Confederacy of Algonquian native peoples who stewarded the land for generations before me.
